Equipment for Chemical Process
Besides the solid structure, SPF designs and manufactures various type of equipment such as columns, vessels, heat exchangers, piping and etc., with Sun-Z-R cladding technology, by cladding corrosion resistant metals to steel, which enables shorter delivery time and cost reduction.
Compared with traditional glass lined or resin coated, the equipment made of corrosion resistant metals is superior in mechanical impact resistant and aged deterioration. (Table1)
Because it lasts a long time, Sun-Z-R equipment enables to reduce the cost of the maintenance and the industrial waste treatment, and you will be able to recover the initial investment to the equipment in total. Sun-Z-R equipment eventually leads to the cost reduction.

Column and Vessel
SPF provides column and vessel, by cladding with titanium, zirconium, niobium, tantalum and nickel alloys, with applicable pressure vessel codes (JIS, Class1 pressure Vessel, Class2 pressure Vessel, ASME VIII, PED97/23/EG, AD-Merkblatter, Stoomwezen and other) according to the design conditions, such as full vacuum, agitating, elevated temperature and etc.
SPF will design and manufacture equipment in accordance with the requirement on application, dimensions and codes.
Heat Exchanger
SPF provides the full service of thermal calculations, design and assembly of hear exchangers, depending on the applicable standard and code. The fixed tube sheet design with U-tubings is most used in chemical process industry.
